Frequently asked questions
Do customers need an app?
No. The card is added to the Wallet app already on the phone: Apple Wallet on iPhone, Google Wallet on Android. Customers install nothing and create no account.
Does it work on every phone?
It works on iPhone with Apple Wallet and on Android smartphones with Google Wallet. For people who do not use a Wallet we can look at an alternative together.
How much do notifications cost?
Nothing: notifications are delivered through the Wallet, with no per-message cost as with SMS. They are included in your plan.
What if a customer changes phone?
Points and stamps are stored on our servers, not on the phone. The customer gets the card back by restoring their Apple or Google account, or re-adds it from the link: the balance stays the same.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. We process it on your behalf and in line with GDPR. You can export it whenever you want.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes, the card is fully branded: logo, colours, name and copy. We design it together with you.
How long does it take to get started?
It depends on the project: we cover it in the discovery call and give you an estimate before starting.
Can I cancel at any time?
